Gertrude is truly a gem. The PRVHC is fortunate to have on staff one as talented as Gertrude. Her energy, enthuiasm, compasion and talent shine through in all her interactions with the residents at PRVHC. Bravo Gertrude! Kudos to the people who put this video together as well!
